H K Gandhi

Harish Kumar Gandhi is a business-critical HR leader with more than 35 years of expertise. He has worked with the promoters of a few successful businesses in India that when were started, he was a part of, right from the early planning stages.

He was partner with promoters to setup IndiGo/ Airtel/ Koshika from its planning onwards. The process involved creating contemporary HR practices which in turn created a “Wow” experience for our people. His role also demanded attracting and retaining world-class talent. Successfully created the building blocks around people’s practices HR practices in C-Dot back in 1994 were way ahead of the time resulting in India’s first ever homemade telephone exchange.

Have been exposed to best in class HR practices in leading PSUs.

He is Bachelor of Mathematics (Hons)(B.Sc.), Master of Business Administration (FMS, KU) and Bachelor of Law (LLB) (University of Law (DU).
